We communicate virtually and in person with healthcare providers, family care team, and professional support partners. Our goal is make sure your loved one feels more supported and empowered to live life fully.
Coaching
Coach families to recognize and proactively navigate situations before frustrations, actions and reactions occur.
Communicating
Facilitate discussions between healthcare providers, family care team, and support professionals to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Advocating
Advocate to make sure the client’s needs are being considered and respected within the Care Plan.
Other Services
Other services include running errands, cooking, companionship, overnight support, drive to appointments and stay with the client at the appointment, and many more.
Care Partner Education & Training
Being a care partner for a loved one is often challenging, confusing, and exhausting, but it doesn’t have to be. I can equip you with tools and techniques for care-giving and be an encouraging advocate alongside you and your loved one every step of the way. To help make both yours and your loved one’s journey easier, I will:
